This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
You do not need any experience to have a great session; the main things are to prepare a little, wear outfits you feel good in, and trust that you will be guided through everything.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Great question! Travel within 25 miles of Houston is included in my packages. For locations beyond that, a separate travel fee applies to cover mileage, tolls, and any necessary lodging or flights, and I’ll always quote that upfront so there are no surprises.
Can you recommend any good locations?
Yes, I have several favorite locations around Houston and will recommend a spot based on the vibe you’re going for—nature, skyline, or something more modern. Once you share your style and whether you prefer greenery or city views, I’ll suggest a few options and we’ll pick the one that fits you best.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
For outdoor sessions, if the weather looks unsafe or would clearly ruin the experience (heavy rain, storms, extreme heat/cold), we’ll either reschedule at no extra cost or move to a nearby covered/indoor location. Light clouds or a bit of drizzle can actually look beautiful in photos, so we’ll touch base about 24 hours before your session and make the call together to keep you safe, comfortable, and looking your best.
